Core schedule (layers and broilers)
- Day 1: Marek's (often done at hatchery — confirm)
- Day 7: Lasota (Newcastle) — drinking water
- Day 14: Gumboro (IBD) — drinking water
- Day 21: Lasota booster
- Day 28: Gumboro booster
Layers only
- Week 6–8: Fowl pox
- Week 14–16: Newcastle (killed)
Where farmers go wrong
- Vaccines left in heat lose potency — keep cold chain.
- Mixing vaccine in chlorinated water kills it — use clean, non-chlorinated water.
- Skipping boosters because birds 'look fine'.
