Who can use SabiSense
You must be at least 18 years old to use SabiSense during this beta. You must use an accurate name or business identity when posting. One person, one account.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant SabiSense a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and use your content within platform features such as search, community pages, supplier pages, Farmer Experiences, trust and reputation features, and decision-support features.
You promise that your content is your own, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and does not violate anyone else's rights. You must have the rights or permission for any photos, documents, or evidence you upload, and you must not fabricate Farmer Experiences, outcomes, prices, or evidence.
Commercial and supplier content
Commercial or supplier-related claims and promotions must be truthful, and must be disclosed where the product requires disclosure. SabiSense is not a party to any transaction between suppliers and customers. Prices, listings, and availability can change quickly — always verify with the supplier directly before spending money.
Visibility and privacy controls
Some features let you choose whether content is public, public with your name hidden, or private. These controls are subject to each feature's settings, and to moderation, legal, or security access where necessary.
Acceptable use
- No spam, scams, fake reviews, fabricated outcomes, or paid promotion disguised as community advice.
- No impersonation, personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or illegal content.
- No scraping, automated posting, or bypassing rate limits or access controls.
- Respect contributor and supplier privacy: don't post private phone numbers, addresses, or photos of others without consent.
Account actions
We may hide, edit, or remove content that breaks these terms, and suspend or close accounts that repeatedly do so.
If you close or delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal data we no longer need, but we may retain records where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate record-keeping reasons.

No warranty
SabiSense is provided "as is". Content comes from community members, not from us, and we don't guarantee its accuracy. See our Disclaimer for more.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you under the law of your jurisdiction.

If you have a concern about SabiSense, please contact us first at hello@sabisense.app so we can try to resolve it.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the platform.
