Share what you genuinely know
Make clear what kind of knowledge you are sharing:
- First-hand experience — something you actually did or saw.
- Measured results — outcomes backed by records or numbers you kept.
- Opinion or guidance — what you believe or recommend, stated as such.
- Supplier claims — statements about your own product, clearly identified as yours.
Be specific when it helps
Context like location, scale, and timing helps others understand whether your experience applies to their situation. Name products and prices when you can — vague advice doesn't help anyone make a decision.
Honest results, including failures
- Failed or partial results are valuable when genuine — report what really happened.
- Never post fake outcomes, fake prices, or fake or manipulated evidence.
- Don't post paid endorsements or promotions as if they were independent community advice.
Be respectful
Disagree with the decision, not the person. No insults, harassment, impersonation, or targeting of communities or groups.
Protect privacy
Don't share other people's phone numbers, addresses, or photos without consent, and only upload photos or documents you have the right to share. Supplier business contacts that are already public are fine.
Report, don't retaliate
If you see content that breaks the rules, use the Report button. Don't pile on or post personal counter-attacks.
